A. Registration Process

Conference registrations are not valid until the completed form is received and processed by Innovation Lab A/S, upon which a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant. Registrants should obtain this confirmation email from Innovation Lab A/S before committing to other travel arrangements. Innovation Lab A/S cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from the domains ilab.dk, innovationlab.dk and carewareweb.dk.

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements, but Innovation Lab A/S can provide special offers upon request.
Capacity is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

B. Cancellation Policy

Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to merete@ilab.dk">merete@ilab.dk and is only valid upon confirmation of the cancellation from Innovation Lab A/S.

Conference registrations cancelled before March 1st will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations cancelled after March 1st will not be entitled to a refund.
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact Innovation Lab A/S at the earliest opportunity.
All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.

D. Personal Information

Please note that participant contact details will be kept on file by Innovation Lab A/S, and may be used for later contact.
Unless Innovation Lab A/S has received an explicit request from a registrant disallowing to share his/her contact information, a list of all attendees, their affiliation institutions and e-mail addresses will be included in the delegate packs.
The e-mail addresses will also be used to circulate last minute details and announcements of future Innovation Lab events.
If you would like your record to be deleted after the conference, please notify Innovation Lab A/S by email merete@ilab.dk.
